Victoria Leech

Name: Victoria Leech

Victoria Leech resides in Exeter, in Devon, and is currently toiling happily away at her MA in Literature. Victoria enjoys writing, sketching, swimming, camping and reading in Cornwall whenever she can. Her love of England’s wild coasts and countryside drives her inclination toward writing and warm clothes.

Victoria draws inspiration from the personal experience, children’s literature and both classical and modern fiction. Victoria's work makes use of whimsy and humour, as well as a reflection on the act of storytelling and relationships between people. Though her work to date is predominantly poetry, Victoria hopes soon to foray into the writing and publishing of children’s literature, where all the best stories are told.

Lindsay Beach

Name: Lindsay Beach

Currently I am a resident of the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. I received my BFA from The University of the Arts in May 2011. This year, I had two pieces, entitled Black Swan and Speak, accepted into the Society of Illustrators annual student competition. I have always been a lover of horror films and paranormal stories, but at the same time, I am a lover of nature and beauty. I think my work reflects a relationship between the two.

I am drawn to darker concepts and surreal imagery. I want to create images that will enthrall as well as disturb the viewer, and create a sense of mystery and wonder.

My preferred medium is oil paint, however I do have experience with acrylic paint and watercolor with ink.
