Likes: The usual. Spending time with family and friends, enjoying a good barbeque, shopping, traveling, reading and writing and of course my spoiled little brat of a cat.

Dislikes: Heartless individuals who find pleasure in torturing other living creatures –yes... I’m talking about YOU, matador. Oh, and pizza with tuna on it.

I’m a translator and interpreter specializing in legal and medical translation. Originally from Los Angeles, California, I moved to sunny Barcelona, Spain at a very young age. I currently work as an Exams Supervisor for Cambridge ESOL, which involves quite a lot of paperwork. As well as managing the Cambridge ESOL exams, I work part-time as an English teacher for the Open University of Catalonia (UOC).

Although writing has been my passion for as long as I can remember, I have had to put it off to take care of more pressing issues (mainly work and university). This year I’ve put my foot down and decided enough is enough; from now on I will force myself to write a little every day. It feels great! I have written pieces from a wide range of genres, though I feel most comfortable with science fiction and fantasy.

Since I made the decision to publish about a month ago, my work has appeared in The Fringe and Weirdyear and I am preparing more horror and science fiction pieces for publication. I am now working on the second draft of my first novel, a science fiction adventure entitled Making Time.
